With a focus on exceeding the customer’s expectations, Shirley works at all levels of the business, to motivate her team to provide the best possible customer service.
John is responsible for the 24/7 Response Centre. He is a customer focused individual who drives performance, quality and customer satisfaction. He takes customer satisfaction personally, and won’t stop until it is the best it possibly can be. His support team consists of 6 team leaders, and over 60 24/7 call centre operatives.
With over 20 years FM experience working in repairs, help desks, and supporting small and large teams around the UK, Ben’s can do attitude is infectious and helps maintain standards and performance as well as supporting John and his multiple teams.
